The Group classes, Circuit training and EMS classes will last more or less 45 mins (including warm up, cool down and stretching) depending on the particular session. There will be classes for all age groups and fitness levels and the sessions will be one of the following: EMS, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Metabolic Conditioning, Strength Endurance Training, Functional Training, Cardiovascular Circuit and Resistance training.
The sessions will tone, build and define muscle, shred, burn and reduce overall fat and excess calories, improve overall and cardiovascular fitness, improve overall strength and endurance, improve functional fitness, improve power development, enhance core stability and posture, enhance flexibility and joint health and mobility, reduce risk of injury, improve balance, agility, conditioning and coordination, prevent muscle imbalance, improve stamina, improve body composition, enhance heart and lung function, lower blood pressure and improve circulation, reduce cellulite, improve physical shape and appearance and improve bone density.
