This is a completely different Studio within the Urbn Move Space. A studio within a studio. URBN EMS training is proven to intensify muscle contractions leading to extremely effective full-body workouts in only 20 mins per session. The muscle groups are all targeted specifically and individually thanks to a special EMS suit that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions during exercise. These impulses are delivered directly to major muscle groups enabling you to reach up to 90 percent muscle fibre. The trainers will adjust the training intensity to suit the member’s fitness level and comfort.  Results are impressive and one may witness body transformation in only 6 weeks of committed training. 

We will offer a choice of three classes and since our suits have no wires, we can offer a synchronised shared training rhythm and experience.

The suits have 20 individually controllable electrodes contracting all major muscle groups, they are all wireless, dry electrodes are very flexible and lightweight, high tech material, and very easy to dry clean and wash.
